Modern contemporary painting inspired by English spring gardens. The flowers are raised from the fresh yellow background using textured layers which lets the light catch them, creating a new aspect each time you look at the painting. I've added metallic embellishments to each flower for extra imapct! The fresh colours will complement most colour schemes and the painting continues round the edges of this standard edge canvas so it is ready to hang with no need for framing. This creates a very simple but effective style. This painting has been finished with a protective satin varnish.
